I am wondering if there are any applications that when a certain app runs, it will stop selected services and suspend processes and when the application is no longer in use, it will revert back.
This idea came to me because I, and some other gamers I know, turn off a number of services and processes, sometimes including windows explorer, as well as a lot of bloat that we might want or need while not gaming, but boggs down the system when we are.
I have a hard time believing I would be the first person to think of this. I am just curious to here if anyone knows of anything like this.
I appreciate any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.
