Hello etamarh12, welcome to Seven Forums. I will try to assist you if I can. Your dump files give very little information, but maybe we can find something out. When you ran the BSOD posting instructions, did you go into the folder and delete some files or did it not complete running it? Some of the files are missing and some are there but blank. The dump files are not in the correct order like they normally are. Maybe the file didn't run right. So, if you would, please run the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html again but use option #2 this time and press the 'Grab All' button and give it plenty of time to complete running its collection. Some of the files are necessary. Also, could you be a little more descriptive about your system specs? Sometimes we need to look up a particular component and we need the Manufacturer and model number to do that. 3 GB DDR2 does not help just as a motherboard named uknow wont help me find it. If you could, can I get you to put in the information about the PSU also, wattage and the amps on the +12V rail(s). That will be on a sticker on the side of the PSU. Maybe this will help, it is the instructions I normally give, but you may need to do a little looking.
Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Which could be caused by several things, but there were a lot of indications about the NTFS file system and the hard drive controller.

The one from 10/13 gave less information but there were references to the page file which could be similar to the above dump.

Which is a Windows update for the USB ports.

Please go to your manufacturer's web site and update your motherboard drivers. I could help you if you had listed the model number of your Asus Computer. But update all the drivers you can especially the chipset drivers and storage drivers. Also make sure you have run all the Important and recommended Windows Updates. Also, check installed updates and see which, if any, failed to install. Also, please let me know what you have hooked up to your USB Ports.

Due to the problems mentioned above please download Seatools for DOS (SeaTools for DOS | Seagate) which is Seagate's Hard Drive Diagnostic test. The instructions are on the page I linked to. Please run the Short and the Long test on your Seagate Hard Drive. The DOS test will give the most accurate results, although there is a Seatools for Windows that is installed. But, the DOS test is much more accurate as the Hard drive is not in use at the time of the test. Also, please run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html

When all of that is completed please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Please provide all of the information requested and let us know the results of the tests. Also, please upload the results of the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html in a new post.

Just so you know for the future, if you reply in a new post, I will be notified. If you edit and update an older post I will not be notified. So, please provide any results, comments or questions in a new post in this thread. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, or if you don't understand any instructions, please ask. I don't mind a bit. One other thing, please let me know of any hardware changes that have been made to the computer since it was purchased.

Kernel power event 41 simply means the computer shut down unexpectedly. No reason associated with it.

When did this start happening? Can you please boot into bios and just sit there for a pretty long while and see if the same thing happens there? That would tell us if it is a driver problem or a hardware problem, perhaps run a live Linux OS from disk and see if it happens. While you are in BIOS, see if you have the values for the +12V, +5V and +3.3V.

If this started relatively recently you could try a system restore to a point in time before this started. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

Did you make any hardware or software changes just before this started?

I would also try to back up all personal files to an external source as soon as possible. Preferably to an external hard drive.

Does the computer restart in safe mode? The reason for that error code is there are system files missing or they are in the wrong place.

That CPU temp is entirely too high. It will have to come down. Check the CPU cooler and make sure the fan is turning and not fuul of dust and that the case has plenty of airflow. If the CPU cooler is secure and the fan is running, I would consider getting a better cooler than the stock one and changing the thermal paste. Remove the old paste and apply new paste. Assuming you are saying 78C.

The Hard Drive can be wiped completely clean. I can tell you how when it's time. How much free space is on your hard drive and do you have all of your personal files backed up to an external source? You will want to do that very quickly.

See if you can run Seatools which is a hard drive diagnostic test from Seagate which owns Samsung hard drives now. SeaTools for Windows | Seagate

The DOS version will give you a more accurate test. SeaTools for DOS | Seagate

The instructions for both are on that page. Run the short and the long tests. if you can.

Is the heatsink secure and is the fan turning as it should? If so, try to open the side of the case and blow a house fan directly on it and see if that helps. Make sure it is clear of dust first. A can of compressed air can help that, if it is clogged up. Just take something like a pencil and stop the fan blades from turning when you blow it out.

If you already have a new drive with Windows installed on it, where did the Windows come from? You can't take a drive from another computer and put it in yours without risking a lot of problems. The hard drive has the drivers from the hardware on the old computer on it, not yours. If that is the case you need to do a clean install http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html

If you try to transfer the OS from your current drive to the new one, which can be done, it will carry over any problems you are now having. You will always do better with a clean install, then Wipe the old hard drive clean and use it as a backup drive or use it as an extra drive in the computer.
