I am far from an expert but I think the H series motherboards such as yours are not designed for overclocking so the lovely 4960K CPU you have selected might not be the best choice. With the correct motherboard it will overclock great but it seems a shame to buy a K series CPU when you will not get the best out of it unless you plan on upgrading the motherboard too?

If it was me I would try my hardest to get another £100 and grab a nice Z97 board to go with it. Did you get that 64GB of Corsair ram from your friend? I bet you could sell 32GB of that for maybe £100-£150.
