Thanks for taking the time to help. I'm new to the forum so I'm hoping you guys can assist me. I just recently put together my first build, and so far it's been running well. However, I've been getting [seemingly] random BSOD's (four so far) and I'm not exactly sure what's causing the problem. My build is:

Intel i7 4790k
Gigabyte z97-gaming 3
2x Corsair XMS3 8GB (16GB in total)
Crucial MX100 256GB SSD
EVGA GTX550 ti

I ran Intel's cpu diagnostic tool and everything checked out. I then ran chkdsk /f on my SSD and that checked out as well. I also ran memtest86 on my RAM and it went through 4 passes and no errors. I attached screenshots of the results (sorry for poor quality).

I pulled the four BSOD .dmp files and read through them, but I can't make much out of the results. I've attached a .rar of the files for review.

Like I said, the BSOD's are seemingly pretty random. One happened when I was just starting the system up after it had been sleeping, another happened when opening chrome, another when playing Skyrim, and the other just saving a file from my USB drive.

Let me know your thoughts on the above info; any help is truly appreciated. After investing so much in this new build, it's driving me crazy that there's something like BSOD's happening to it already.

Thanks!
Jeff

The main possible cause of all of those is memory probems though there can be other causes.

Remove ALL power and reseat all cards, memory, and cables (both ends when possible) -
actually remove and replace - do not just snug. Make sure the vents are clear and that the
fans are working. Even though the temp is OK do not assume heat can't affect the video,
sound or other system functions if those get to hot.

Can it be a heat problem (so you've never a bsod on a cold system)?

I'll try reseating the memory and see if that does anything. However, given the memtest results the memory seems to be functioning properly, right?

One thing to note: I've read on here that the Qualcomm Atheros Killer Networking thing that came with my motherboard has been known to cause similar issues. Could that be a cause for my problems, or is that not what my dump files point to?

Also the system has been running pretty cool. All fans are working with clear ventilation, and CPU/MB is running at around 45-50 degrees consistently.

Why not disconnect the Qualcomm Atheros and test?
Don't attach external disk, printers, usb sticks etc yet.(just to prove they are not causing the problem)
Run memtest at least 4 hours.

Thanks for your help. I've disabled Killer Networking and hopefully that does the trick. When I ran memtest I let it go through all of its cycles which took 5.5 hours, so I hope that's thorough enough.

Did you take a look at the dump files I attached? Do they point to anything other than hardware connectivity or related issues? I looked over them but I'm not very good at deciphering these error codes.

Thanks - yes, this issue is regarding a BSOD. I've attached the requested .zip folder containing all logs and system information. Let me know if you can make heads or tails of whats going on here. Very much appreciated!

I thought that's where I originally did post it. Am I wrong?
