Hi folks. I made the mistake of buying a nextbook with win8. I'm really upset at that kluge and want to rip it out and install win 7. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi , I'm here for help with laptop. My husband and I are not that experienced with the web. Most want to charge us for tech help. We have had a couple inside our laptop but cancelled their service because it seemed to have gotten worse with help. We are seniors. I started off with Web TV first 9 years, then laptops.

Most just give us a huge sales pitch for tech help,. protection and other services.
