Tried to install Service Pack 1, now I'm getting various errors

Just a thought.

Make sure Windows 7 time and date is correct.

I just checked and it is fine, also I was told before to do a Repair Computer then put in some commands. Well, I somehow got the Repair Computer to work and did the commands but doing the "XCOPY C:\rfxaa C:\Windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h" command gives me the access denied message just like when I did it in the normal mode. Do you happened to know how I can delete the files that would have been partially downloaded from the update? I would really like to try this option.

No I do not know.
That would be up to the expert like Noel.

So I don't confuse you.
I watch a lot of post by Noel and sometimes mentions something. That does not make me a expert like Noel. Some times one of my suggestions help and sometime it don't.

I will go back to watching.

I'm not sure what it would be because when I put in that command to see it shows up like the picture I posted before that showed "DIR . DIR x86..."

EDIT: I don't know why/how but the updater is back to being at error code 80072EFE and I haven't done anything, I just woke up. I ran some FireGen program earlier yesterday that might be of help and I'm attaching the report.

If you start running random programs in an attempt to 'fix' the problems I will have no idea what the current state of your system is - and will NOT be able to properly advise.
PLEASE do NOT run anything other that MS-sourced 'fixes' - or the ones I propose.

You still haven't convinced me that you ran the fix I posted in the way that it needs to be run.
Please try it again, following the instructions very carefully.

I have only been doing things like running Malwarebytes, CCleaner, TDSSKiller, AdwCleaner, and similar stuff. Also, I noticed I have "Windows Defender", could that be causing the problem? CCleaner keeps finding some ActiveX/COM problem that says it is "wuaucpl.cpl" in the System32 folder and AdwCleaner found:
MaintainerSvc4.52.864054
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{1E9E0E98-4AB7-40B0-A0CE-69105C1B7C92}

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Settings\{AE805869-2E5C-4ED4-8F7B-F1F7851A4497}

I cleaned those up but I still get the 800723EFE error. Also, I will explain what I did with that process. When I started up I kept pressing F8 until it let me choose Repair Computer, which then took me to a list of options and I had chose the safe mode with command prompt, then the computer ran some kind of scan while it booted up, after that I put in the commands you said. What came out were the same results I posted on page two, like this:

eWZETAK.jpg

Ending with it telling me at the last part that access was denied. I have no clue which of those results would be the directory because I believe those are files that are contained in the rfxaa file.

I spoke to Microsoft today and they ran some tests but said that I would have to pay for repair since they would have to use their "advanced tools" to fix the computer because there are corrupted files. Do you know what programs I could use to fix those corrupted files? I tried Ccleaner and all but obviously it hasn't worked, are there other programs I could use?

wuauclt.exe is the Windows Automatic Update Client - or at least it should be.
wuaucpl.cpl doesn't exist on my system - although it used to be the Windows Update Automatic Update Control Panel, I believe that was deprecated in Vista.
Something is obviously re-infecting your system at every connection to the internet.

You need to take the machine offline and scan it with at least two offline AV scanners.
I would suggest Windows Defender Offline, and Kaspersky Rescue Disk.

IT is important that you be honest with me here, you stated you have CyberGhost5. Is this a legit purchased version? The "cracks" out there that give you the full version for free are filled with devastating malware. Did you honestly get the paid version of it, or did you find a crack?

Your awesome for reading this.
Just two cents from me as Noel asked for help and am no expert but I think a run of this might tickle out any nasties while outside of Windows.
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 you will need to make a bootable disk and set the BIOS to optical or USB and it doesn't take long to run.

CyberGhost5 is a free program that has a paid option, I got it right off of their website. I ran Windows Defender, Ccleaner (which had tons of results for some reason now and some I didn't fix yet), Malwarebytes, and Avast all offline and got no virus or malware detected. I'm downloading Rescue Disk right now and prepping my USB to use it. What mode am I supposed to do because it says there is a menu that says stuff like Graphical, Text, and Boot from Hard Disk? Also, I was trying to update to IE9 so I can at least start on this job since they started out saying IE9 or better, but now one email said 10 but at least I can use 9 and say they told me I could and not lose the job. I went to a friends and started on it but he is traveling now. Anyway, when I try to upload it it wants me to do some update for "Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2" and when I click to download it I just get told that it isn't applicable for my machine. What am I supposed to do there? I could at least use IE9 for the work and that would be great while I try to solve this Windows Update issue so my computer doesn't break more. I will update once I know which Rescue Disk form I'm supposed to run in and once I finish doing that.

I am having problems with Rescue Disk wanting to work with my USB and I don't have any discs to burn the ISO to so I decided to go with the other suggestions you put. I have attached the logs for DDS, however I don't have a log for herdproject. Heardproject only found a crack I'm using, kmsemulator (keygen/crack) which I could delete if necessary since it is no longer in use, custom.dll (no idea), and that was it. All of those, except the recent crack which is from yesterday, are from over a year ago and this update problem is just recent since I have downloaded other updates without error. It is only the Service Pack download causing trouble. If I were to be able to get a Windows disc should I get Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit like I have or could I buy a Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit with SP1 on it and repair plus upgrade? I'd have to see if I could if there are no other options.

I did the virus/malware test while offline but I'm not sure what Rescue Disk I run since there is graphical, text, and then the hard disk option. Which do I choose? I posted a couple logs that andrew requested and that herdproject program only found some old cracks I had and some file called "custom.dll". Anyway, I got a Windows 7 CD and I couldn't even use that to update. It tells me that "windowsanytimeupdateui" is missing, I'm not sure if that is something helpful for you to know or not.

EDIT: Today I turned my computer on for about 10 minutes checking email and the screen was sort of flickering then went out. I tried to turn the computer off and start it again but it goes black seconds after loading. When I put it on another monitor it shows up until it gets up to the log in screen the goes black. However, when I run in safe mode it works just fine. Is this possibly the OS dying out from the problems that error was causing or is this an unrelated problem?
