Well, I got it to 4.0 Ghz, but maybe having to set SPD=6.0 is whats making the difference...

Specs? Like in my profile? I'll do that in the morning if that's what you're talking about. I finally turned the computer off for the night. Ha!
And I didn't change settings, my monitor will not display in 1080p. OLD sharp. Like 10 years old. Don't laugh.
I'll upgrade soon. Almost did over Xmas but returned it and another... I'm leaning more towards an HD TV with a decent enough refresh. Panasonic has a 2ms 40" and Vizio has a 5.5ms 42". I'm not interested in 4k. Not for this set up in my room. Maybe the living room down the road... But for now I'd like to stick with HD TV mid range for the bd rm which is the gaming rig. So in short, the application has an error when it tries to run the 1080p tests.
