helo, i'm new in this forum... so.

I'm trying to get a new way to install windows version on differents types of computers (hardwares).

In my city, a man do the same thing i want to do.. but he is a "enemy" to my business...

so, follow the scenario:

Step of instalation:
1º - plug HD sata on a Dock Station(USB);
2º - Open Paragon HardDisk Manager;
3º - Select "restore from VD" and he select something like a VHD, but this VHD have all personal programs (office, adobe reader, thunderbirds, skype, etc) and dont have any driver...

after - he take about 25minutes to backup personal files, restore a new system in HD and after restore all personal files...

i tried the scenario - but no sucess:

1º - i did installed win7 with all programs, etc..
2º - i did sysprep to OOBE mode generalized;
3º - i did "backup operation system" on Paragon Hard Disk Manager, so it make a virtual partition disk;
4º - i plug a another HD direct on SATA and restore the virtual partition to this HD;
5º - when i boot this HDon another computer, win7 do not run... que monitor have a "point" on the top left screen pointing and freeze... and booting Win7CD to repair boot settings, the repair do not recognize the HD or the S.O

so, someone have anything to help me make this process? or something like this to help me?

On my city i have to install 5~10 per day...

i use a customized window instalation with all programs to do my work, but often i deppends so much the client hardware... wherein my hardware is so much fast and powerful...

thanks, Luzcaa

You're taking a harddrive with Windows 7 installed on it and putting it into another computer, correct? If I understood correctly, unless the 2nd computer has the same hardware [especially video!] -- there will be problems. I'll watch this thread, I want to learn the solutions from the other techs here.

i'm trying to sysprep a system and backup it to restore on another computer... i'll use a Paragon Adaptive Restore 2010... so later i'll post if work or not!
you never hear nothing about it?

Never used Paragon Adaptive Restore; so I will listen in and learn from the sevenforums techs here.
