If it's lot's...Has your computer been on constantly sleeping and waking? Without being shutdown?
If so this is common.
1. Shut down. Unplug main PC power cord. Press start button a few times to drain energy out/clean boot this way.
Disconnect modem cables and reattach.
This will reset your cable modem.
2. Reboot.
3. Recheck send/receive. It should be reset.
4. Download and run: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
I followed your advice and my pc seems to respond faster. Lots of malware files. I am not really sure about what should run at start up it seems like too many - anyway Thank You

You are very welcome. I'm glad to see the culprit of malware was found and extinguished.
Use Malwarebytes like once a week.
Run Malwarebytes and click update right when it opens every time.
Click Scan at the very top by the Dasboard Tab.
Click Custom Scan.
Then Check the box: scan for rootkits. It's unchecked by default.
On the Right Side Check C Drive and any others you'd like to scan also.
Click Start Scan bottom right.
Btw lots are suppose to be running under the Everything Tab in Sysinternals/Autoruns.
In your reply to this, you can save the results of the Autoruns Program and click on
Attach File here at the top - so I can review it for you if like.
