Ethernet Controller Link Speed is locked at 10 Mbps.

My network card is a Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller. I don't know what caused this problem but my Realtek driver is up-to-date, and previously it was a link speed of 100 Mbps.

But now for some reason it suddenly dropped to a link speed of 10 Mbps and I've tried a lot to no avail. As you can see on the left I've tried changing the speed/duplex setting but it remains at 10 Mbps no matter how many restarts, disables and re-enables and such.

And yes, I do have the internet speed to go beyond 10 Mbps:

And this one was done on my phone and this was wireless as well..

I'd rather not call Time Warner Cable. They'll send someone who's only going to end up wasting my time and reaching no solution. I'd like to avoid sitting with the person they send for a half hour and it having it end with them asking me if have I considered the innovative idea of reformatting my computer.

Did you try setting the Value of Speed & Duplex to "Autosense"?

Also:
what router do you use?
Did you change the Ethernet cable?

1) Yes, it was originally at the Auto-negotiation setting. Which I changed to 100 Mbps full duplex after the problem occured.

2) I have an ISP provided Arris DG1670a. This cannot be the problem as below shows all ports are locked at 1000 Mbps and other computers in the house get full speed using wired internet.

3) I tried a different Ethernet cable just now, but still the same problem.

Just FYI, you must have both the router and your adapter at Auto-Negotiation, otherwise it would run at half-duplex, so having your adapter static and your router at auto will result in half-duplex. Try setting both your adapter at static 100Mbps and your router port also static (uncheck Auto) at 100Mbps (not 1000) and see if it works.
