Dolby home theatre v4 is not working

I had installed dolby hometheatre v4 in my recently upgraded x64 machine.Program seems to run fine but there is no difference in sound by turning dolby on or off.It is running with conexant smart audio by default.
How can i make this dolby work?

I`m sorry but the sound out of your laptop is not going to change, it only has 2 speakers, correct ?

You are wasting your time :)

Just connect a good set of headphones if you can :D
