Fresh Install- 1:57 Boot Time NOT Removable- Soluto

Specs are HP ProBook G1 with i5 processor and 8gb ram.

Running Windows 7 Pro

I bought this for my mom and it was an open box. Didn't seem to run real smooth out of the box but it's been months and can't return it and it's a sharp unit but the boot was slow. Ran great after fully booted. Went ahead and did a clean install but I'm still getting a slow boot time. I used Soluto and this is what I'm seeing and I don't know where to go from here. They all look like system files that can't be removed.

I've already disabled all I can from MS Config (services, startup and boot)

Soluto shows 37 "REQUIRED" at 1:35 seconds

Also, I've done sfc /scannow
I can boot in safe mode and it works awesome

Just kindof lost on what to do here

That's not slow for Windows 7. From your list there's nothing that could be disabled that would make a huge difference.

My recent boot times - longest is 1.53 fastest is 1.16 and it's never the same each boot.

I have several other laptops running Win7 Pro with lesser specs (core i3) and they boot much quicker <40

other things that I've done were selected "No GUI Boot", changed timeout seconds from 30 to 3

Any other thoughts? Is there any chance a hardware issue could be the problem? Also, there is nothing connected (usbs, etc...)

It manages startup items, allows you to add your own under the required registry key and to delay launch anything on boot. It's not really recommended unless you are comfortable with advanced settings. The boot times are just pulled from the event log and displayed by the program's GUI.

Thoughts: Patch everything (windows updates, drivers, software) and you could disable WER and Bluetooth from your list but that won't help much.

What AV are you running? Try MSE for best performance.

Confirm everything except MSE and your Synch is unchecked in msconfig>Startup and msconfig>Services (after Hiding All MS Services).

Confirm all Important and Optional Windows Updates are installed, i.e. System is fully patched.

Sometimes a slow hard drive can also slow boot. This can be affected by doing a boot-time defrag with a defragger like Puran, adding full Disk Check and Intelligent Optimizer from Additional Operations tab. Be sure to avoid any add-in when installing Puran, by clicking Cancel when adware is offered.
