No, this does not help. It just reboots after some 2-3 minutes of showing splash screen.

Try going into the Advanced Boot Menu, and selecting Repair My Computer - then run the Startup repair as offered. You may need to run it more than once.

Anixx did you ever consider that more people use Windows 7 than any other operating system. All these people are not experts. They just took the time to learn how to use Window 7.
To learn how to use Windows 7 and enjoy it only took a week or so for me.
I'm surly just Joe blow at home with two system. I'm no expert with diplomas in computer science.
Once you get a good feeling on how to use Windows 7 then the learning starts if you so desire to learn more. If one thinks that they are going to treat Windows 7 like they did XP or older system they are just fooling themselves.
This forum has over a quarter of a million members in all stages and levels of knowledge and we all can use Windows 7. We are here to help others who want to learn more about Windows 7.

Windows 7 is a good OS but the update onslaught may be a different matter. Maybe there has been a spike in security threats because we get a lot of security updates.
I make a system image before I install updates. I now also keep a system image that I have successfully restored within the last month. This involves performing some system restores for no other reason but to confirm the system image restores ok.
