what is the hardware problem when always needs a startup repair

plz help me i habe been always asked on eash window startup for starup repair and some times it wont work and some times i have a blue screen so i always reinstall window and same problem still exist so i changed to many hard discs and the problem still exist

Are you using good antivirus? sometimes virus will also corrupt your OS.

First off make sure you're following these steps to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7.
Read it all the way through a couple of times and then ask back any questions before proceeding.

Next what exactly does Startup Repair find? Post back the results.

Are you shutting down properly? Does it offer to Start WIndows Normally in addition to Startup Repair? What happens when you choose that?
