For every 12 days, OS gets corrupted.

i mean if i installed OS on 1 jan 2015 then it will give some error on 13 jan 2015.
ok i format on 13 jan 2015 then definitely give error on 25 jan 2015.
i changed partition then also same thing repeats no change.....

Errors: restart loop after windows 7 loading screen with some BSOD, startup repair says system cant access windows files.
even safe mode wont work.

Please help me.

Could be install. There are installs and then there are perfect installs.

Probably some duff memory - had a linux machine do the same - fine after memory swap.

No, Not at all

if it is improper install, error should come right after first reboot, i mentioned 12 days, no question of improper Install. Please rethink & post the answer.
