Yesterday, I started up my computer and chkdsk was running. Believing it wouldn't take longer than a hour, I let it check files. Desperately wanting to use my computer, I took a risk to restart the computer by holding the power button, which ended in up with the BSOD. I'm guessing the chkdsk had deleted or changing some important files when I turned it off.

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the
cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer
manufacturer for assistance.

That is: STATUS_NO_SUCH_FILE > {File Not Found} The file %hs does not exist.

Test your HDD using Seatools for DOS.
(* If it gives errors, no need to do the later part of the post)

Download Partition wizard Bootable CD (the last one in the link). Burn it in a blank CD or in a USB flash stick.

Boot into Partition Wizards GUI following this instructions. When you are on the last screen, take a camera snap of the screen and upload the snap here.

That means you failed to make the USB bootable. Instructions are there, follow it exactly, step by step.

I did follow the instructions correctly and have entered the BIOS to set up the boot up priority to USB storage device. The mistake probably lies in the burning the ISO file onto an usb, which I don't know if I did correctly. I used the program 'ISO to USB' and created it from there.
