HD 4600 Driver Crashes Windows 7 Pro

Hello- I am having trouble with my Display Adapter Driver crashing, black screen, and recovering rather frequently. System is absolutely malware free.

The Driver is the latest release from HP.

Please note the attached .zip screen shots of applicable info.

1)System Info- all relevant info, everything is up to date.

2)Event Viewer Info- Error ID 4101

3)Video Hardware Error Report

4)Device Manager- Driver Info. The one shown seems to work the best- it
came with this system build (pc was brand new last month), however
there is a new Driver release as of 06/05/2015 from Intel, but it crashes
even more frequently. I believe the HD 4600 Driver that HP installed is a
'custom' driver designed for this OEM intent.

5)HD 4600 Properties- shows Adapter Information (Memory, etc.)

I surely would appreciate any and all help coming up with a solution for this very annoying anomaly. I thank you in advance for helping me out.

Thanks for the reply, Maxie. Yes, I got latest Graphics Driver from HP Software and Driver source, however, there is a newer one than 10.18.10.3995 Rev.A-Jun 9, 2015 (See Attached Screenshot) that installs through using HP Support Assistant- 10.18.14.4029. (See Attached Screenshot)

Z97 Chipset Driver?... No, I haven't. Which one is it in Device Manager? (Please Note Attached Screenshot)

Yes, original OS is Windows 7 Professional SP1 x64, and it is up to date.

Of further note, I went into the Legacy BIOS and noticed that the PCIe bus was enabled- so I disabled, and the problem seems to have subsided.

Sorry, I am still a bit confused... so, I see 8 items there in Device Manager that would get the Driver update, is that correct?... His a photo of everything that uses a common driver. It appears that the Host Controller was updated via H-P Updates.

Thank you for the reply, and the link as well. That Display Adapter Driver crashed again last night one time. I found a Failure in Performance Monitor, too, that I'll see if is related.

maxie, it is beyond that with the system file and registry corruption I have. Don't know how it got to that point, though. I am getting ready for a System Recovery operation. I have recovery dvd's and a recovery partition on the HDD.
