i reverted from windows 10 back to windows 7 after only a few hours on windows 10 when none of my programs would work properly. once windows 7 reloaded i can no longer connect to the internet via wired connection. i tried plugging in a wireless adapter and it will connect but says limited availability and does not allow me to access the internet. it does say there are issues with the network drivers. i tried to download them via my laptop to an external driver updates and port over them over but still nothing. i am able to access my internet via my cell phone, and laptop but not with my desktop.

In Device Manager - right click and uninstall the wired network adapter, tick the option to remove driver software too when asked for. Restart PC and let Windows load the drivers.

I guess Complete Internet Repair didn't work?

Your sfc results are actually clean, the 2 files reported as corrupt are actually not. This is a known issue which you can disregard. Or just uninstall Windows Updates KB3022345 and KB3068708, and hide when re-offered.

Did you try the Network Troubleshooter yet? (Start Menu - search box - network troubleshooter)
