Download Windows 7 installation media: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html
Mount/install it on a USB (cheaper then burning to a disk)
Boot from the installation media and choose to repair/recover

Let me know when you are ready for trying to repair/recover
It may take some time for the download, depending on your internet speed.

NOTE: It could be that trying to recover/repair won't work as something is damaged too much, happens when other things are done too often, but it is worth a try.

1st image was after the first repair and it did not start it quickly popped up with the 'windows shut down to protect your computer' and then the second image showed the second outcome of the repair. Should i just do a factory reset and put my files on another computer?

Pretty sure i tried that already. Has images on the post.

You said you couldn't do option 3 with safe mode, command prompt part. Although you weren't clear about it, I hope I understood it correct that you tried command prompt in safe mode but was unable to do so. I want to try another method for the command prompt part.

I cant get into safe mode, the only thing i can do is startup repair its just a infinite loop nothing on F8 technically works.
Yep and i done the repair computer option with the iso file. Referring to post #61

What does one do? I tried holding 0 on my laptop and nothing happens its just stays on the startup screen with the f12 and f2 key and doesnt move until i let go of 0. Have held it for a few minutes.

If you read my post properly, you can read I'm trying to help through command prompt OUTSIDE of safe mode.
I say 'choose to repair/recover', because with installation media there are 2 options

• Installing
• Repair the computer

Choose to repair the computer, from there choose the command prompt and enter the command

chkdsk /r

If a specific partition is required, enter the command

chkdsk C: /r

C: is the partition where Windows is usually installed on, if you have another letter for the Windows partition use that letter instead of C, for example

chkdsk D: /r

Ive already done all the chkdsk's through the command promt.

I am not able to start up in safe mode overall. I can get to the command promt through start up repair. from their i did the chkdsks /r /f all of them and now im not too sure what you want me to do. Sorry about the confusion

Chkdsks results the first time fixed some problems and then didnt detect anything after. I will try the sfc now.

So now you can help me reset the computer! How do i go about it? When i hold down the 0 button it just stays on the toshiba enterprise screen with f2 and f12 buttons and when i let go of 0 it continues with the boot process.

I cant download the 64 bit version of windows can i? I have to stick with 32 bit?

Yes, you better stick with 32bits.
A x64 processor would be required to support 64bits what your laptop likely doesn't have.
