Context Menu for Bin remains visible after use, +other Graphical issue

Like this, ( it does go away after 3 or 4 seconds ) also just now I tried to run "Resmon" the app ran but the app window was blank, no content. Also sometimes opening 2 or 3 PDFs some of the windows will be empty, not displaying anything.

SOLVED Resmon Prob.HERE:::Go to advanced system settings(Windows+pause, then click advanced system settings)

then go to advanced tab, then performance settings.

Enable use visual styles on windows and buttons(should be very last box).

Yes, BUT I have to use system default colour for "window title bar", "task bar", etc might undo as it seems t0 only affect "Resmon"

Don't know if it will affect the recycle bin problem, as that does not happen every time
