What`s the number of today`s official W7 build? Is it still 7600.16385? Has someone already installed "officially bought" W7?

Yes... that is the official build number.. its not changing any time soon...

The version they are selling is the RTM that came a few months ago.

Windows 7 is updatable....
it's normal that it will change
it's minor build number after an critical update...
