Solved BSOD whilst sending an email on Chrome, error 0x0000001E

Hi there, I just got a BSOD out of nowhere whilst sending an email on Chrome (Outlook).

I had some BSOD problems a while back, which was due to a faulty RAM stick, which has now been fixed (Corsair sent me a new pair as they were under lifetime warranty).

So the first thing I did was run MemTest 86, and inital results make it seem completely fine, so the RAM's not the issue here.

I've attached a pic of the BSOD and a BSOD log dump.

There hasn't been a dump recorded since the 5th last month.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

Please run CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID, open it and make screenshots of the following tabs

• CPU
• Mainboard
• Memory
• SPD*
• Graphics

*SPD shows the details of each module, you can show the details by choosing different slots in the left upper corner.
Please make screenshots of each module.

Please post each screenshot in your next reply/replies.

On your motherboard support page there seems to be different revisions of that motherboard, do you by any chance have the box of the motherboard or a manual?

Unfortunately not.

EDIT: I read in a manual where to find the revision number of my mobo. I attached a pic of edit.

Ah I didn't spot this at all, at the top of the web page.

BIOS has now been updated, cheers. Will report any further BSOD's if they happen.
