Custom Made Sig and Avatar [16]

The aspect ratio is wrong on that file so when the height is reduced to 150 the width is reduced to 388 so that it is not distorted.

I'd like it to be 650px × 150px dimension and it should be computer/hardware/terminal-like themed with "IonGeneral" at any side of your choosing, "SevenForums.com" (again, any side of your choosing, it'd be cool if it was slightly transparent to the background layer too).
