Infinite cycle booting after recover win 7 with windows image backup

I have recovered windows 7 installation on another computer with the same hardware with a copy made with the Windows image backup tool built with Windows 7 x64 from usb hard drive. Windows usually works after multiple reboots until it stops after restarting the system in an endless cycle of boot. The source installation runs smoothly. I appreciate all your help to correct this problem.

Based on your specs you probably have an OEM:SLP license

It is intended for the original PC only.

Indeed the license is OEM, however after retrieving the file system image computer restarts normally five, six or seven times without any error message and the software typically works until finally after restarting, the boot machine again and before entering the logon screen appears with the message blue that I can not read and starts the boot process again and again. No system recovery disk repair windows 7 x64 is possible. Any alternative solution. The procedure has worked for me successfully in other recent OEM machines.

The distribution channel is windows 7 x64 OEM: SLP. After running the sfc / scannow command, the system notifies me that no integrity violation was not found.
