How long are we good for using W7 Pro 64bit? MAK vs OEM?

I just bought a pretty sweet used system, its an old i7-920, but has an OC motherboard, ASUS P6T in the X58 chipset and LGA-1366. Its got 2x 500GB 7200rpm HDD's. I plan to put in a 6 core 12 thread X56xx Xeon chip.

Anyway the issue I am having, is when I found the W7 key on this system it was a MAK, on the case its an OEM sticker. Something doesnt match up here.

The guy I bought the system from is an IT guy, but something doesnt seem right.

The MAK key I get just says BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB which is that way on purpose.

The only thing that comes to mind, and is a bit of work is to clone the HDD of the O/S, then install one of my spare HDD and try installing the OEM W7. But I got a feeling it will be a lot of work for nothing.

1st off, how do you know it supports a Zeon ? Did you look that up already ?

And I wouldn`t do a clone, I would do a clean install on a new SSD and use the 2 hard drives for storage, and if you have another hard drive, add that to the system too. :)

You have an oem sticker on the case, so use it. ;)

Yes I looked it up already. Its a server board, supports about 75 different 1366 Xeons.
The clone was just a plan B, the goal is to do a fresh install.
I doubt the OEM sticker is to this mobo. That is why the IT guy that sold it to me, used a MAK code.
Its a custom PC, I can tell because of the case, its a Velocity case, used by MemoryExpress computer stores. I have my doubts, but when I am bored I will give it a go, Just plop out the old HD, and plop in a new and give errrr a whirl.
