Don't have install DVD for windows how do I get it.

Do i have to contact Microsoft for them to send me a new DVD? If so to what email address?
I already own the product key but don't have the DVD, i know i can download the iso but i need the official DVD and case.

I could be wrong, but I'd be surprised if Microsoft will still supply the "official DVD and case", but I think you can still buy a new one if you insist.

I guess you have your own reasons why the ISO is not enough.

Microsoft stopped selling Windows 7 to the general public over a year ago the only way to obtain a disk is to purchase from a 3rd party seller. Also, in reality, the only licences available is the OEM version as the Retail licences are virtually impossible to obtain.

There are as far as I know no disk only options generally available as Microsoft has covered their responsibilities by the option to download an ISO on production of a valid Key. There may still be disk options available via the volume licence market but these are not available to other than business customers

I have built it but lost the DVD its a COEM and i do not know what that means as in transfer to a new PC

Sorry to hijack the thread but I didn't want to create another to ask the same question.
On my laptop I still have the original Windows 7 SP1 while updates have always been shut down!
So it's time for me to update the system but unfortunately the downloader's main requirement is Explorer 11 and I don't have it so I cannot use the tool.

There is another source where I can download a clean ISO image?

On the Heidoc page there are 2 downloaders available.
Try using the Legacy Version for .NET Framework 3.5 downloader and see if that works for you.

Thanks for quick support but a pop up window still tells that it needs Explorer 11 so it doesn't work.

It's 100% impossible, as I said above the installation is a pristine Win7 SP1 and updates always off.
I tried already but the system told many scripted errors so I was not able to only update Explorer.
Now into the genuine ISO I'm trying to slipstream the latest updates then I fresh reinstall the system.
