The page could have been moved/deleted from where it was. What was the topic?

It means that John or Shawn has "binned" (removed) that page from public display.. probably for violating the forum rules and regs..

Its not your creds. It may have been binned (deleted) or held aside for examination. In any case its taken out of the users (US) view
