Solved Boot (from windows icon to login screen) takes 12 minutes.
Once logged in the system runs great. But as mentioned in the title it takes roughly 12 minutes from the windows icon showing for it to load to the user login screen.
I've been trying a lot of suggestions else where but so far not getting any results. Currently trying to read the even viewer but a little stuck as I don't know enough to understand how to treat the errors listed.
Edit:
-Attempted booting to safe mode. No change in boot time.
-Cmd sfc /scannow run twice. 1st.) repaired errors 2nd.) No errors
-chkdsk /f
-Device Manager ! mark on Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface
-disabled superfetch
-disk clean and defrag
-restore point use not possible (dates extremely recent)
-start up repair
Solution used: Repair install

Open device manager a look for a yellow alert mark. Some driver can be missing.
Run a system file check: On a CMD window type sfc /scannow
schedule a disk check: On a CMD window type chkdsk c: /f

Try killing superfetch in services "services.msc from the RUN command" and restart the system. If there's no change you can always re-enable it.

Read through this older post that was solved and see if it helps you to resolve this issue.
Very slow boot up 20+ mins
Not a lot was actually tried. Checked what I could so far but no dice.
Taking note from one poster to keep an eye on the task manager.

Consider trying a
Clean Startup This way you may be able to nail down what exactly is causing this.

A infected computer can cause this type of problem also.
A bunch of browser add on and extensions can also cause this problem.
Programs I would use if my computer had this problem and it did today.
AdwCleaner
Malwarebytes anti malware

Thanks for the suggestion, but we do need to know what is in it and not an assumption in order to help find the problem.
Keep in mind that most users that post have no idea how to build and configure a system. For example this quote from the OP's first post:
I've been trying a lot of suggestions else where but so far not getting any results. Currently trying to read the even viewer but a little stuck as I don't know enough to understand how to treat the errors listed.
It's default.. But let's Wait and see what the OP says..

It's simple.
We do not need to go to web sites or looking through post to find system specs.
That is what the (My System Specs) is for.
It's not hard to do. This tutorial by Brink will be helpful.
System Info - See Your System Specs
Once in the My System Specs a lot can be added. It's very useful to those that want to help.
Look at my (My System Specs) and you will get some ideas of useful information.

I had this happen to a laptop last year. 20 minute boot time. It turned out to be a failing hard disk (failed SMART, and checkdisk found a ton of bad sectors). Once I replaced it and reinstalled, boot time was under a minute.
Just food for thought in case there's no virus or any other malware/driver issues.

Sorry for the silence in past two days. Following the advice here and looking in the event view I found it was having repeated issue with the domain controller. While I'd prefer specific repair since I like learning direct solutions due to time constraint I performed a repair install. This solved the issue and the pc now boots up in 30 seconds with everything working as was, the only thing I really had to do after that was reactivate windows.
Thank you for you help
