I just bought a new Dyson vacuum cleaner that makes horrible noises.
Took in back to Wally World and got another one without any problems.
The new, new one did the same thing.
I called Dyson and they had me take it to a UPS store and ship it to their repair shop in southern Ohio.
Shipped and returned to me in northern Ohio by UPS in one day. It now works as it should.
Absolutely no cost to me for anything. (Shipping/Repairing)

Now that is the way to handle a warranty.
It sure would be nice if computer hardware RMA were handled in that fashion.
Thank you Dyson!

Jack

I had the same good experience with this Asus Notebook when that broke down. I connected with their support who gave me a support ticket and put things into motion telling me who was picking it up and his name, the courier turned up the next day with a secure box which the Notebook fit into and away it went. 4 days later the same courier came back with my Notebook all fixed, it had a new motherboard fitted.

I went one better than you Jack I didn't have to leave the house, they picked up and delivered back to my house. :D I was very impressed with the service I received. ;)

We bought a Dyson and we need ear plugs to use it. We sent it back and were told there was nothing wrong. Also suction is not as good as I expect. First and last overpriced Dyson I will buy.

Layback Bear, thats awesome to hear :)

I've been a HOOVER fan most my life (from Mom I guess :D ) but last December 2016 I thought I'd try a SHARK out. It's smaller and not really N E louder than my Hoover. No complaints so far. AGAIN, my Mom and Son got one so I figured, why not? :D
