Solved LAN disconnects all the time

Hello guys,
This is my first thread and I need help. I´ve searched for a thread matching my problem, but couldn´t find any.

First and foremost, I run Linux as dual boot and have no problem whatsoever with my LAN, nor with the cable or connector. Still, it disconnects on my Windows 7 Home Premium x64 all the time.

My adapter is a Realtek PCIe FE Familly Controller.

What I have already tried:
1. Installed the most current driver for february 2017;
2. Ran all antimalwares I know of: Malwarebytes, Spybot, Superantispyware, IOBit, Advanced System Care, HitmanPro, CCleaner, etc.
3. Uninstalled Zonealarm Firewall and disabled Windows Firewall to discard conflicts;
4. Set my card to 100Mbps Full Duplex mode to make sure my card is keeping up with my modem´s speed.
5. Disabled the option to disconnect idle LAN connections to save energy.
6. Ran Microsoft Security Essentials, Adaware antivirus, Clamav (Linux).
7. Edited the entry "Autodisconnect" at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\
Parameters] to "ffffff" to make sure it won´t disconnect via registry.
8. Set a fixed IP.

Pretty much I´m out of options at this point. If you guys could help me or point me out some solutions I don´t know of, that would be much appreciated since I can´t format my HD now or anytime soon.

Hello and welcome gaseabra now first up please follow this
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.

Plus have you run any sfc or chkdsk scans yet? if not please do so
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f switch and if this does not make any improvement then just run this switch instead /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

Now you mention Iobits - it is in my book a no no any of that software is crap to me at least so if you have it on board get rid of it and just check in the reg that it ha no entries at all in Software.

If you want you could try a run with this too

- blow $5 to see if the issue is your lan adapter at ebay link below, disregard access denied description...

I ran sfc and chkdsk and both returned no errors.

I also entered safe mode with network support and noticed my lan doesn´t disconnect. Then I ran a ping indefinitely to several websites and my router: no packets lost. That tells me something is causing my LAN to disconnect on purpose.

Iobit is crappy software, I agree.

I also looked through the list of services my OS runs at the boot and I found no discrepancy. :huh:

I have to give Linux some credit since I ran a ping to several external websites and to my router for at least half an hour and not a single packet was lost. Also I did that in windows´ safe mode with network support successfully. So, nothing to do with the cable. Wake on lan is disabled already.

If nothing works, I might try the USB adapter, good idea. I can get it for even less than $5.

Yes, I also did the same ping test for about half an hour without a disconnect.

Did the clean boot, removed most of the services, still my LAN gets disconnected. I´m seriously running out of options and thinking about a format.

My Wireless card is deactivated since I don´t use it. Results for MiniToolBox are attached as txt.

Set my card speed to 10Mbps Full Duplex and it worked. No disconnections. Only my LAN is limited to 10Mbps.

Set it back to 100Mbps Half Duplex. No disconnections. I think I´ll leave it at that until time for a format comes.

Most of them refer to the software from my internet banking I have removed. Nervemind that. A temporary solution is in place until I have enough time for a format.

To further check into a potential lan hardware issue, you might check bios a couple times to see if it always negotiates a 1Gbps connection or not. I had some wierd firefox issues a while back then one day I noticed while in bios that the lan adapter was connecting at only 10Mbps, so since the cables were fine I got a pci-e adapter and disabled the onboard lan and the problems went away...

Hmm samuria mate there is the Google translator option for that Google - however having just tried it it has a max of 5000 characters so it would need several copy / pastes to see the whole document (notepad)

My BIOS is very poor, there´s no possible options for that. Anyways, the problem was solve with 100Mbps Half Duplex option and it´s working faster than ever before.

Lan Disconnects all the tims

I had the same issue and it would not be fixed.
I checked the CPU usage and discovered it was constantly running at 50% even when it was supposed to be idle. I discovered a Windows Font Cache program (common to Windows 7) was using all the CPU space. Once I removed it and got the idle usage down to 3% I discovered the net stopped disconnecting. I appears it drops out due to the CPU being overloaded - problem solved.
