Enable Flash 25 and Delete system 32 folder help

Hello

Two things

1) How to enable Flash 25 in google 58.
2) Path to delete any folder in system 32.

Did a clean install win7 pro, installed google 58 and when go to site that requires Flash, get a pop up "would you like to enable/install Flash for better experience?"

I am unable to locate Add ons from 3 dots/more upper right on google page to see what add - ons are enabled or a way to enable/disable them.

I thought Flash was installed and thus enabled when google is installed and if it is wonder why it is not enabled.

I want to delete a folder in system 32 and get need admin permission to do this message.
If you know a proven way to delete a file there, I would appreciate that.
If you know of a path ie: right clik folder to delete , properties/security...

New Chrome versions have Flash Player disabled by default.

To enable Flash Player, go to chrome://settings/ then click on Advanced Settings. Under Privacy Settings click on Content Settings and change to "Allow sites to run Flash" then click done.

Not sure what you want to delete but you need to take ownership of said folder. One of two ways is to do it manually or use a third-party software. Keep in mind, deleting files in system32 folder can create havoc on your system and make it unstable. Prior to making any changes, I recommend doing a system image backup in case something unexpected happens.

Opened google & I went to 3 dots upper right corner and set to "Allow sites to run Flash" , it worked !
How would I be able to delete a sys32 folder "Manually" "take ownership"? Can you please give me a path?
I prefer not to use 3rd party software.
I do clean install win7 64bit about every 3 months, so few days before my next clean install I will try some things.

A few days before clean install I do tweaking/experimenting because I don't care if I mess it up because I am doing clean install shortly, therefore I don't need a backup.
I want to delete any folder I choose basically, for example flash , I think folder is called macromeda in system32.
*In windows\sysWOW64 folder I was able to delete macromeda folder, but not in sys32.

I just did a clean install and any changes will be made a few days before next install so no backup needed.

RE: Chrome. I don't use it but do use alternatives. RE: Flash Player. In my opinion it's always been buggy. I clean install it every time an update is available.

RE: Flash Player folders that refuse to be deleted. Close all browsers and exit and programs that might be using Flash then delete the folders. Or if that fails reboot then delete the folders (or try safe mode delete). Personally I use a script to delete them on boot when they are stubborn.

I think you need to clean install flash player. If you just keep updating it when updates are available it screws up eventually.

Run the flash player removal tool:

Uninstall Flash Player for Windows

Follow all steps listed.

Important:

Delete the following folders:

C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
%appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player

Copy and paste the above four lines one at a time into Start> Run dialog box or Explorer window address bar to confirm that the folders no longer exist.

You must reboot after removal.

I have tried safe mode before, no success. Thank you for all this help , I will try all of it in the near future.
