Wierd Image Pop-up keeps showing

So when I'm on my computer and I am not on for like 30 seconds a black popup background thing shows up with words saying "CLEAN ME -keyboard" it annoys me a lot and sometimes effects me when I am playing video games or watching videos. Can someone please help I have searched this up many times but nothing has been ever found.

Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

I would say that someone set the "CLEAN ME -keyboard" on the screen saver.

i am the only one who uses the pc and i recently changed the background but so far after that clean i havent notice the pop up again

it isnt a message it just shows up in my face after 1 min of inactivity it just a black screen with the words "CLEAN ME -keyboard" swinging back and forth

Is this what you are seeing? If it is, its your screen saver. Disable it. "Click Here To View Video"
