"Save As" windows doesn't offer the Dekstop as a destination.
Up until recently when I clicked on a new file to save it, the Save As would let me save it to the desktop.
I usually get the window in the screenshot. In order to upload this screen shot I had to move it from the desktop to the Documents folder which appears via the Computer icon on the desktop.
What's happened? How can I return the Save As result to what it was before?

Short of restoring to an earlier date there are two ways to get the desktop to show.
First go to "C:/Users/YOUR NAME/Desktop" be sure to click the desktop and open it. Then on the left scroll up to the top where it says Favorites. Right click on favorites and select "Add current location to Favorites".
Second go to the desktop folder as above and right click on the desktop and select "Include in Libraries" > "Create new Library"
