Hi I wonder if you can please help or advise me with the following problem.
I have 6 devices running from a Virgin router, 3 android, 1 Chrome book and 2 windows PC 1 using Win 7 the other one Win 10
The problem is with the PC using Win 7, it frequently changes it’s IP address, showing my location in Germany, Sweden, France etc, causing BBC to change from bbc.co.uk - bbc.com, closing and restarting the PC restores the IP to the normal IP address, the other devices are not affected.
Any help advice would be much appreciated.
Neil

That is odd, you are now coming from a Frankfurt datacenter (M247 Ltd).

What browser did you use for that post? and can you reply with a different on so I can see if it's browser related?

That one is still coming from Frankfurt, so we can rule out browser hijack/extension.

Have you installed any VPN or privacy software?

Just looked through you zip file your running Google photos backup that stopped ages ago remove and get Google sync that has replaced it.

What's giving your problem is your av it's installed a network adapter when it's activated everything then goes in and out via their server this is done so it can scan network traffic for virus. You can remove it , disable the adapter
