Added an .exe to Services but shutsdowns immediately upon starting

Hello-


I added a program (mosquitto mqtt broker client) to services with the hope that it would start up automatically upon computer booting up and begin running windows 7.


I accomplished this my going to the windows power shell and used the ./install mosquitto.exe command and the service now shows up in the windows service menu but every time i click to start it...i get the error:
The Mosquitto Broker Service on local computer started and then stopped ,Some services stop automatically if there are not in use by other services or program



I havent the faintest clue whats the issue here; any ideas?

Is there not a tick box option in the programs settings that says something like Start at startup?
