Good Morning I woke to find my PC had been on all night and it was unresponsive and had the attached message in the lower right hand of the desktop and it has me very concerned. I could not get my screenshot program to work, nor the snipping tool so i had to quick take a picture with my cell phone. i am trying to upload (STD .JPG photo) it to this thread from my desktop but when i hit the upload button the dialog box says uploading but it never does, so i need help figuring out why that is not working too.

[1] Install SURT [it will automatically run on installation and may take about 15 minutes or so to complete].
[2] Post the log: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ CBS.log .
[3] Post the log: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ CheckSUR.log .
[4] Post the log: C:\Windows\ WindowsUpdate.log .
SUGGESTION: It is advisable to turn off the power options for sleep etc while this is running because it could take a while.
I am sure that someone will be able to look at the logs and give you an answer.

The installer was trying to install 0kbs/okbs file and it hung there for 35 minutes so i cancelled the install (via the task mnger) cause it would not stop the install).
Should it be taking over 20min just to initialize the install? Is there a process/service i can access thru task mngr that can verify that it is not just idle or not really working?

Ok this is not working.install failed. I have been trying to fix this for over 3 hours now. about to call off work tomorrow to reinstall windows . googling the error message takes me in a different way, though i can see that computer geeks with vast Microsoft knowledge may be able to ID issues via the method you propopse. Googling asks me to remove update KB971033 but it is not there. Is my PC hijacked?

Ok here are the results. Also please advise on the second pic. Why is there no Windows credentials, and should there be? And under Generic credentials there seems to be some odd user accessing my machine, should not I know about the username?

As for the failure code its saying your browser is not supported
and if your specs are correct i can understand why - your only on V36 update to latest 56+, i think
