My 4th generation Dell OptiPlex 9020 minitowers have Intel HD Graphics 4600 integrated graphics and dual boot Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit and Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 64-bit.

10.18.14.5143 for Windows 7 and 20.19.15.5144 for Windows 10 both installed fine.

I'm glad and amazed that Intel does still provide Intel HD Graphics 10.18.10.5146 (15.33.51) for Windows 7. Looks that Microsoft ESU license is a good thing even for those that have not subscribed to it.
