How to extract from rar and maintain original folder dates?

I have a memory stick which I need to copy to other USB stick with original folder creation dates. I have created a rar from original USB stick with original folder dates but when trying to unrar, there always folder date is changed to present one.
I'm using winrar ver. 4.0
Please help, thanks

Robocopy and xxcopy are two tools I found that say they can preserver the dates of folders.

i have the same problem and found this article. what a shame, even in Winrar 5.5 it is NOT fixed!
Any sugestion for other programs?
