Reloading is not the answer, hours of wasted time to only have the same problem occur.


There must be a rational explanation and solution.


I have attached the Message I have received.


I have done all the recommended fixes with the exception of RELOADING.


Why RELOAD and hope it works, hours and hours of mindless BS!


If there is a better way, I would really like to hear about it.

For me tweaking_com -> windows repair -> repairs -> repair windows update
has usually worked when there was any problem with windows update.

What is RELOAD please? Never heard that term in decades of computer experience!
Need logs to help you.
Please download and run AutoSURT64.exe from my OneDrive. Follow prompts and post cbs log that will appear on your desktop.
May need WindowsUpdate.log depending on what CheckSUR.log and CBS.log have to report.

I added a few automated features to Microsoft's System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) to make it easier for me to assist you.

SURT is not actually an update, it is a diagnostic tool to identify corrupt, missing, etc. cat/mum manifest and dll system files/folders. You can't just copy paste due to security permissions. If you don't perform the repairs/replacements correctly you leave that system vulnerable to malware. I DO NOT EVER DO THAT!
