That's great, I needed to see if the C:\ drive was set as => System, Boot, Page File, Active, Crash Dump, Primary Partition.

Have you noticed that this other drive has
(G) NTFS
(J) FAT32
(H) NTFS
(I) NTFS

I still have Admin Command prompt open.

In the elevated cmd prompt type chkdsk C: /R and press Enter.

It will ask you if you to schedule a reboot, type Y and press Enter to Reboot.

This cannot be run while the HDD is in use [locked] and is therefore scheduled [displays a prompt] to be run at the next reboot. After it has run, Windows will automatically boot.

Something odd here

This DOES NOT look like W7 has been CLEAN installed from an Iso, more like an image/clone and somethings gone wrong - there's a RAW partition likely the reason behind the problems
It needs to be deleted

A base install would only have 2 partitions,
An OEM disk set would also include the recovery partition
you have a 2TB hard drive - highly unlikely it was shipped with a w7 OEM comp
HP tools partition idicates OEM not a Custom build

and then reset your drive set-up

Good point, the RAW partition is 0MB. He also has a H:\ Recovery partition!
