- Was it working and you've lost the files?
- Is it a new drive and you want to initialize it?

If it's new and you want to have all 10 TB available, you must convert it to GPT.
As a data disk, a GPT disk can be used on a Legacy or UEFI BIOS.
A GPT disk can only be boot able with UEFI BIOS and Windows 64 bits.

Your disk must be converted to GPT and then formatted.
The instructions are here:convert-mbr-to-gpt
- Download and install Mini Tool Partition Wizard
- Open partition wizard and select the disk you want to convert.
- select Convert MBR to GPT and Apply.
- Right click on the partition and select format. Select NTFS

Disk 3 and 4 are still MBR. You must also convert it to GPT.

To make the disk with all capacity:
You have a unallocated partition on the left side of a formatted partition.
With Mini tool right click on the formatted partition on the left and select "Move / Resise"
A window will open. Select the right border and slide to the right end. Then hit OK an then Apply (top left)

3 & 4 For al ready has data and when I'm done with Disk 1 & 2
I have to move it to these location and once completed, I would do repeat same process
( I would like to avoid moving files more times than I'll ready have)

I think you did not read my instructions on post#11.
I posted my disk image as an example. Of course your disk will be a different size.

With Mini tool, you can convert to GPT with data on the disk. You don't have to move your data to another disk.

I have question, how much border its acceptable if there's any rule's

I understand you have mention from post #11 your size are different but still could not understand how it works as you have mention before.

...With Mini tool, you can convert to GPT with data on the disk. You don't have to move your data to another disk.

You still should back up the data on the disk before doing anything to it. Stuff happens.

I don't know what you're going to put on those giants disks, but remember, disks fails very often. My suggestion is to create a RAID 1 array (one disk is a full image of the other) so if one fails you don't loose your data.
To built a RAID 1 array is very simple. You do it under BIOS. Carefully read your computer manual. I can't help you on this task.

While I agree the data needs to be backed up, RAID 1 (or any kind of RAID) IS NOT A BACKUP! If the original disk gets infected, the mirror disk will also be infected. If files on the original disk get deleted accidentally, the same files on the mirror disk will also be deleted. If the computer gets damaged or stolen, all your data will go south.

For data to be reasonably safe, it MUST exist in three SEPARATE places. Any and all drives in the computer are considered to be only one place.

The most common way for data to exist in three, separate places is on the computer, on an onsite backup drive, and on an offsite backup drive. For a drive to be a backup drive, it must be kept powered down , disconnected from the computer, and stored out of sight of the computer except while updating the backup.
