Registry now filled with Chinese characters

5 entries, each one identical, only entry of each is CL with a value of 3. Any ideas what they are, how they got there, and what happens when i remove them.

Thanks for the reply, and I had just made one several weeks ago, and now its not visible in the restore point options. Any explanations prior to backing up my files and reformatting and installing Windows 10? Fortunately its not been a long time since this happened, and I haven't been online much since.
