HELP!Run as administrator problem with a specific program.

This is strange- I tried to download a later version from various websites and either it can't be downloaded or Norton deems it as unsafe and deletes it.

You said this occurred after reinstalling Windows so, I don't know what reinstalling again would do.

Are you able to open these folders-

C:\Users"your username"\Desktop

C:\Users"your username"\AppData\Local\Temp

Sorry for late reply I've been busy,yes I am able to open these folders,I just installed win 7 ultimate but the problem still occurs

Went back through the entire thread-

Earlier you said-

"np,Just like it said in description,double click on the file inside the ZIP.then boot from safe mode and install ucp.
The compatibility:Windows XP SP3,its unchecked."

Instead of double clicking on the file inside the ZIP, use the Extract feature to extract the file to a folder of your choice and then run it from there.

Addition: If you downloaded it from the site I mentioned, the .exe downloads so what I suggested probably doesn't apply.

One last gasp-

Go to your user account and turn off User Account Control, if it's on.
