I will check Bios parameters, and after install AsRock manufacturer Website drivers for your motherboard.

PS: see and ask to this well known forum: Win-Raid they have modded Usb 3.0-3.1 drivers for modern hardware, and can help you.

You have a very modern motherboard. Skylake chipset (6th generation Intel) was the last version officially supported for Win7. Of course in order to install Win7 on a Skylake machine you also need USB 3.0 drivers to be added to the original Win7 install media. And if you are targeting an NVMe M.2 Samsung SSS, you will also need NVMe drivers to be added to the original Win7 install media.

That's what was proposed, to use the 7UP technique (or Integrate7 technique), both of which are tools to produce new Win7 install media with all missing drivers (including any you care to add yourself for your own special hardware needs, assuming Win7 drivers are available) as well as all accumulated Win7 updates (so that you don't have to run Windows Update).

But your machine is MUCH NEWER. So I don't believe you are necessarily going to achieve success with Win7 on it, even if you tried. I doubt you'd find Win7 drivers for all of the motherboard hardware you have, since it's only supposed to be running Win10.

My suggestion is to install Win10 on it, and then install VMWare Workstation Player (free for non-commercial use), and then install Win7 in a VM. Running Win7-VM as a "guest" on a Win10 "host" allows you to get all the benefits of a modern machine and supported Windows version, as well as being able to run Win7 forever since all of the hardware issues are hidden from you through VMWare. You will probably be running a simulation of a Skylake machine inside the Win7-VM. You won't be dependent on either USB 3.0 or NVMe drivers to do the install (although you can add the USB 3.0 drivers later if you need access to USB 3.0 devices within Win7-VM), because the real hardware is "hidden" from you via VM.

I think Win7-VM is your only hope if you want to use this modern motherboard with modern CPU, memory, etc. You must run Win10 as the primary "host".

By the way, if you continue with the PS/2 keyboard and PS/2 mouse, the responses probably will be faster than most USB keyboards and USB mice. I'm not sure if the wireless pair will beat the PS/2 pair.

though "wireless" keyboard/mouse combos exist in both USB and PS/2 forms, RolandJS

OP's board in his specs is a "modern" mobo that only supports Win10 and will be difficult (but not entirely impossible) to run Win7 on there

If the mobo has PS/2 ports for PS/2 KBs and PS/2 mice, use them. Normally those are faster responding than USB and maybe even faster than wireless, regardless of OS -- W7, W8, W10, Linux.
