Any Utility to Display My Boot Order Settings While Win7 Is Running

I can't construct a search query that will allow me to find a utility to examine the BIOS boot sequence that my computer used to boot into Win7/Pro X64.
I've read that SPECCY should do this.
I looked in Motherboard and expanded BIOS and I didn't see the boot sequence.
Is it somewhere else?

You can use msconfig boot tab. There you can set the boot order with the default OS . And you can select to create a boot log of the boot sequence, or you can select a verbose OS boot information log.

It is for boot order on one boot loader. For example, two windows in two partitions, same disk.

I think OP wants to read the BIOS boot order. I don't know any application that does it.

DiskGenius claim they can read/set BIOS boot order, on UEFI system:

Step 1. Install and run DiskGenius Free edition on your UEFI-based PC and choose Tools > Set UEFI BIOS boot entries.
Step 2. Select the boot entry you want to change its sequence in the boot order list and click Up or Down button to move it to desired position.

That is all I could find via Web query. No idea if it actually works.

This much loved and upgraded 12-year-old PC boots with BIOS: Award Software International, Inc. F6 06/18/2009 System Specs - Updated on 09//16/19. It is based on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P Intel P35 ATX (rev. 2.1) motherboard. Do you know if supports UEFI? I'm too tired to research that aspect of it anymore tonight.

Perhaps tomorrow? I know that a bunch of the afternoon is dedicated to heart and carotid ultrasound work. Growing old (now past 80) is not for the faint of heart.

I don't think that a 12-year-old PC based on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P will have a UEFI BIOS.
I have a GA-Z68A-D3-B3 from 2011 and it came with Legacy BIOS. Some years latter it had a updated UEFI Beta BIOS. The fan control did not work properly so I downgrade back to Legacy BIOS.
Sorry to ask, but as the boot priority is set on BIOS and doesn't change by itself, why do you want to read the boot priority under windows?

Just to add some information here. Flash is pretty much being phased out in replace of HTML5 rendered right in your browser with no plug-in required. I believe, but it has been years now, that YouTube required Flash. Now they render in HTML5 and thank God for that! Remember all the crap you got with that plug-in back in the day? Yeah...
