It looks like the problem is a hardware problem related to Counter Strike. Do you have it installed?

In Control Panel, Device Manager, are there any errors (yellow exclamation) for any device.

Would you post your system specs per this tutorial-

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

Are you overclocking anything?

My specs are :

Core 2 Quad Q8300 @2.53 GHz / Zotac Nvidia GT 520 1 GB Zone Edition / 8 GB DDR3 RAM / Samsung 840 Series SSD

I have overclocked my GPU ,with the same values like on this site :

ZOTAC GeForce GT 520 1 GB Review | TechPowerUp

I am overclocking the GPU with the Zotac overclocking utility called ''FireStorm''.

Do you think that the overclock is causing the issues?

How do I test the stability of this overclock?

Yes. I think that could be the issue.

There is a bunch of software out there, such as Furmark, 3D Mark, etc. to stress test a GPU.

I have tested it with Heaven for a few hours, and it didn't crash.

What about Counter Strike, the first thing you wrote me for?

Upon further review, I found this which might be related to your problem-

Some processor performance power management features have been disabled due to a known firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.

Research on that indicates that it's related to SpeedStep which your processor supports. I don't know if turning it off and on is in the BIOS or under the power management settings, but I'd turn it on, if it's not on.

It also implies there a firmware update. In Device Manager, Processors, what is the date for the driver? It should be 2/19/2013.

The date for the processor driver is from : 21.06.2006

How do I update it?

Actually, your driver is the Windows driver and the latest for your system.

At this page-

Downloads for Legacy Intel(R) Core™ Processors

you can download a graphics driver and media accelerator for your processor.

I suggest you install them. I would do the same thing, since I have a Q8200 processor but I've installed all the latest from the Dell website for my work station.

You can also download a processor diagnostics tool.
