Solved Clean install - Original drive doesn't boot and it's dying-

A friend brought to me a HP Pavilion dv4 1530Br
It doesn't boot and the drive has more than 4K of bad clusters.
I took the drive out, attached to my desktop and did a chckdsk H: /r . It took almost 24h.

I copied all the H:\users to an external drive so his files are safe.

I installed a new drive and did a Win 7 HP SP1 clean install and updated with Simplix. But don't have the activation key as the COA sticker is damaged.

I tried 7 OEM License Installer but it did not work.
Does anyone know how to retrieve Office and Windows Key from a offline drive?
If someone knows how, it's probably SIW2

Yes I know. I was executing the CMD file without administrator. I inserted a Pause at the end of the CMD and saw the mistake.
