Any way to batch-install SELECTED updates on an OFFLINE machine?

I'm setting up a simple Win 7 machine with no modem/internet access. To install the Windows Updates, I was planning to use WSUS Offline, but I've just found out that it only lets you install ALL the updates. I don't want them all!

Does anyone know a way to install only SELECTED updates on an offline machine?

Hmmm.
Some of those tools no longer work properly any more, especially portable update, for when I run it, it thinks my computer isn't connected to the net, but it is.
and I might be wrong, but wsusoffline no longer supports windows 7 updates?
Or am I mistaken?

Exactly. I can't use it on windows 7 device.
