1. VMWare only.
2. Create new Virt. Machine
3. Do what you normally do.
4. When you get to it, choose the option to use an existing virtual hard disk, then choose the thing you downloaded.
5. Use a bridge network instead of NAT.
6. Finish up and boot up!
7. Use your Gmail/Google Account to login.
BEWARE: This does access the internet with your gmail account, there is no way to use it without doing so. If you feel uncomfortable with using your gmail account either make a random one and use that or just don't use Google Chrome OS.

Thanks DNG. I got it installed in VMWare. Seems like it's pretty barebones at the moment, but I can see the potential here. I don't think MS has much to worry about, even in the NetBook market...
Keep in mind this is only for development of applications and whatnot for it. They didn't need to release the latest/greatest version. Only what works.
