why i play game not full skrin.. it not HD

before i play games like gta sa, nfs carbon/MS, i play the game with full screen, without black bars around it...

but after i upgrade wndows vista to wndows 7, the game, the picture not full, in my skrin...

I think some people are use to texting and they forgot how to write proper sentences. No capitalizing. No punctuation. Reads like your rambling on with no thought.

Full Screen problem i think.. Before Win7 he has played games like GTA SA, NFS Carbon on full screen, without black bars around it.
After upgrading to Win7 theres those nasty black bars.

Thats how i understood that..
